Job Description:

Eagle Alliance is looking for a Problem Manager that holds a TS/SCI with Poly for a position located in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Essential Job Functions:

Candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of all designated environmental problems. The primary objectives are to prevent Incidents from happening or reoccuring, and to minimize the impact of Incidents that cannot be prevented. To this purpose he or she maintains information about Known Errors and Workarounds, as well as pursuing root cause analysis actions. Candidate should have high level communication, organizational, and motivation skills. Candidate will coordinate and manage large scale problem management meetings on a regular basis between multiple frameworks.


*BS or equivalent + 2 yrs related experience

*HDI Problem management certifications

*ITIL V3 certified

*Candidate must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

*Must be able to multi-task

*Must possess good communication and customer service skills
