The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation [FDIC] mission is to preserve and promote public confidence in the U.S. financial systems by insuring deposits in banks and thrift institutions for up to $250,000; by identifying, monitoring, and addressing risks to the deposit insurance funds; and by limiting the effect on the account and the financial system when a bank or thrift institution fails. GDIT provides the day-to-day operational services to FDIC in support of infrastructure, facilities, hardware, software, and systems. GDIT supports operational security, client support/help desk, data center operations, asset management, and systems engineering service areas. The FDIC Engineering team provides support to a plethora of cutting-edge technologies across the IT spectra. It has a state of the art development lab to test new functionality, architectures, and equipment. Engineers are tasked with developing and deploying innovative solutions to meet business requirements - not managing day to day, same technology operations.
GDIT seeks a CyberArk administrator responsible for managing CyberArk production environment managing more than twenty thousand accounts. U.S. Citizenship and background investigation is required; you must have a current clean financial background. (Though the position is 8-5 M-F, the role requires flexibility to support issues or planned activities after hours, weekends and holidays as needed.) Successful candidate must possess and be able to demonstrate technical skills and engineering attitude for success, dedication and commitment.
Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:
Troubleshooting system and application accounts in a diverse systems/application architecture. Must be familiar with password rotations, password malfunctions, account creations, account changes, accounts integrations, maintaining/creating new safes, and CyberArk policies. Further responsibilities include managing EPV(Enterprise Password Vault) with respect to information/systems security and identity/access management. Candidates may be required to provide end-user training and CyberArk infrastructure management. Tier 2 Support for SharePoint 2013 application and Server Operating System. Trouble shoot issues with SharePoint end users and escalate when necessary. Grant access to SharePoint sites. Create Document Libraries and Calendars for end users. Update current SharePoint pages with new information provided by end users. Work with Engineering on implementation of approved upgrades and 3rd party software that interfaces with SharePoint.
To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications:
Experience in requirements gathering & analysis, solution design, development task management, quality assurance and release methodologies
Prefer at least 1-2 years strong working knowledge of CyberArk core architecture, vault management, password management, and policy management
Experience integrating application password management via CyberArk Providers.
Skill to effectively analyze and solve problems
Ability to work directly with internal (IT) and external clients.
BS or equivalent + 5 yrs related experience, or MS + 3 yrs related experience
