Job Description:
Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or task(s).
Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the operational baseline
Create a logical model of the baseline and available services
Accountable for defining CI attributes
Accountable for identifying, controlling, maintaining, and verifying all existing Cis
Develop hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures and ensures that they are followed on hardware and software development projects
Maintain strict IT configuration control over the contract life to include policies, procedures, and hardware/software
Create and execute a configuration management audit plan and schedule
Create and maintain a CI identification process
Accountable for the SLA analysis and reporting
Create a process for SLA performance monitoring
Accountable for Knowledge Management on the contract
Desired Skills:
Expertise in SharePoint use and administration
Verified experience managing
Knowledge of the tools and practices for determining and managing resources (hardware, software, telecommunications)
Knowledge of the process and procedure by which a change is identified, evaluated, approved, monitored and documented
Create quality analytical products to include visualizations, briefs, workflows, diagrams and reports Identify areas of gaps and inefficiencies, provide specific inputs and recommendations, and work hand in hand with the government client to obtain support and authorization for delivering solutions
Identify and document requirement changes and assess their impacts on the program baseline requirements
Lead the development and enhancement of lifecycle artifacts required to be developed during the contract
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
