Supply Chain Management
Our candidate must be experienced in agreement negotiations, cost containment methodologies, data analytics, market research, process streamlining, and category management areas related to SCM. CSRA Supply Chain Management organization is responsible for analysis of all areas of corporate spend to partner with the business to develop cost containment and process improvement strategies, manage categories and associated agreement portfolio, and create alliance and partnerships with key supplier base that align with the corporate strategic plan to improve the company’s competitive position.

Broad knowledge and experience in the supply chain management field.
Working knowledge of corporate business functional areas operations.
Proven skills managing people / processes.
Adept at implementing complex initiatives that align with corporate objectives.
Ability to develop strategic and agile solutions to varying and complex processes and areas that may impact various corporate functional areas including development of applicable communication plans.
Ensures compliance with and helps improve internal processes that affect the team, productivity, efficiency, and cost containment activities.
Implements business policies and processes and keeps informed of new requirements that may impact internal processes.
May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with corporate objectives.
Reviews and resolves issues affecting team operations, and ensures satisfaction of company and customer objectives.
Assists in developing and presenting team training and ensures SCM documentation is properly captured and maintained in appropriate systems.
May act as a liaison between SCM and other organizations and / or corporate functions and proven expertise interacting with Senior Management, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Expertise in analyzing a variety of efforts to determine best practices, strategize next steps (including data and process improvements), and facilitate corporate improvements.
May execute global category strategies utilizing strategic sourcing methodologies and category management principles and manage all aspect of the supplier relationship within the established strategies.
Negotiate supply agreements and ensure activities comply with legal, statutory and corporate policies and procedures, including highly complex, time sensitive, and large dollar procurements.
Corporate supply chain management experience (experience in a Fortune 500 company and Government contractor preferred); 10-15 years
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of corporate leverage team operations and interactions
Demonstrated knowledge of full lifecycle SCM-related topic areas (incl Pre-Award, Execution, Financial)
Process improvement and strategic initiative experience (e.g., agile, lean six sigma)
Cost containment (demonstrated proven experience)
Contractual experience, including pricing/T’s&C’s negotiations and RFPs
Management experience, 2-5 years (individual contributor and/or people management skills)
Experience in written/oral communications at all levels of the company (including C-level / Executive)
Policy & procedure development experience(developing corporate policies and procedures)
Strongly Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated understanding of compliance/regulatory and audit implications
Working knowledge of M&A activities, Legal interaction, HR-related topics or other key corporate areas
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and analysis
Technical understanding of systems, tools and related technology that supports Supply Chain and/or related organizations
