Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Windows System Administrator to join our team in Columbia, MD.

Job Summary:

  • Provide support to IT systems including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem solving including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems.

  • Provide second level problem identification, diagnostics and resolution of problems.

  • Provide support for the dispatched problems and remain involved through resolution.

  • Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to client management and internal customers.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field plus 8 of related experience or equivalent combination of education/experience

  • Experience in analyzing functional business requirements and design specifications for functional activities.

  • Must possess experience in one or more systems, architectures and associated hardware: mainframe, mini, or client/server based.

  • Experience in analyzing functional business requirements and design specifications for functional activities.

  • LINUX or UNIX experience helpful

  • Security + certification required

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
