Job Description:
GDIT is seeking a candidate for the position of Human Factor Level 4, on a TSA contract.
HOW A Human Factor Egnineer Level 4 WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Conducts the research and analysis necessary to develop statistical assessment of human factors involved in the usage of imaging technology and other TSA designated equipment and applications. Generate reports on the viability of equipment in an operational security screening environment as it relates to human usage, throughput, usability, stress, and physical and mental facility. Provide written and oral presentation of all report data as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Applicants must be U.S. citizen. Must obtain an active TSA Suitability and Secret Clearance prior to starting (which we sponsor).
Position works onsite in Egg Harbor, NJ, with willingness to travel to nationwide airports for week-long trips when needed
Must have a BA/B.S. degree in Human Factors or related discipline such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Experimental Psychology. Plus at least 4 years of experience working on test design, development, validation, and cut score setting
