General Dynamics Information Technology Training Specialist Senior - MI Officer Basic Course in Ft Huachuca, Arizona

Job Description

Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer MIOBC student personnel:

  1. assist in the training, administration and development of the MIOBC. This will include, (but may not be limited to) Subcontract employees developing, updating, and maintaining lesson plans, pertinent training materials, tests, student handouts, critical task lists, ASAT input, schedule development, test TSP, incorporation of lessons learned into POI, and POI improvement recommendations based on approved Government doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures

  2. maintain and update courseware as needed to ensure accuracy and relevancy of course material.

  3. receive and grade student briefs using government furnished grading rubrics.

  4. instruct course POI or modifications to the POI as directed by the course Cadre.

  5. incorporate a wide array of real world oriented training scenarios and exercises to support the various modules of the MIOBC. Scenarios and exercises must be designed to maximize student participation and be directly linked to evolving course material. Scenarios and exercises must stress a variety of analytical methodologies including analysis of competing hypothesis, evidentiary inferential analysis, link analysis, and time/event analysis

Education

BA/BS

Should have honorably served in the military as a Tactical Intelligence Officer (35D), Senior Non Commissioned Officer, or Senior Warrant Officer within the MI branch or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service, or other U.S. government agency conducting intelligence operations, for a minimum of 4 years dependent on the required skill level of the position. It is preferred that such experience is no more than 30 months old at time of employment.

Must have been a graduate of one of the following MI Branch courses; ILE, Captains Career Course, Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course, or Advanced Warrant Officer Course. Additionally, an alternative educational course within another branch of service or other U.S. government agency may be considered for substitution of the listed MI Branch courses if the government determines the course to be equivalent to one of the required MI Branch courses in all aspects of tactical and strategic intelligence curricula and/or instruction.

Must possess current experience related to current MI doctrine, recent (draft) changes and fielding of the Army Field Manuals, Army Regulations and DoD Directives relating to Intelligence Operations. Must have experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to Intelligence operations.

Must meet and maintain all Instructor Certification requirements as specified in TR350-70 and as supplemented in local regulatory policies. It is preferred that Subcontract instructors possess current applicable instructor qualifications (i.e. - ABIC, ITC, and SGITC) upon acceptance of employment as required. If Subcontracted instructor does not possess these qualifications, the applicant must be able to pass the requisite USAICoE-provided courses on the first iteration of classes made available by the government and maintain such certifications throughout duration of employment.

Must have experience with DCGS-A at the BN and BDE level, the ACE within a division, and the Army AAR process.

Personal Security Clearance - MINIMUM of Secret - TS/SCI preferred.
