Our work depends on a Senior Program Manager joining our team to support restricted customer activities in the WMA.

HOW A PROGRAM SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $10M and above. Includes managing personnel, customer engagement, managing 100-150 prime and sub partner resources.

  • Directs program activities to meet customer and organization work objectives.

  • Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation. Proactively works to recognize, award and retain employees.

  • Engages with customers across area of responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction, develop a deep understanding of existing requirements and learn about potential future requirements (business development).

  • Responsible for revenue growth of assigned area.

  • Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables.

  • Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities. Maintains a positive relationship with teammates.

  • Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, and other program documents.

  • Prepares and provides various reports and reviews to senior management as requested (participates in customer and corporate PMRs).

  • Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.

  • Participates in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelors degree

  • 8 Years of relevant experience (combined IT and PM)

  • TS/SCI with Poly

  • Location: On Customer Site

  • US Citizenship Required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to explain technical roles on program with partners and recruiters.

  • Ability to engage customers at multiple locations and understand customer needs.

  • Ability to establish and maintain a Team Lead/Supervisory structure, to include Technical Screening capacity.

  • Ability to multitask with competing priorities.

  • Experience conducting interviews and selecting personnel.
