General Dynamics Information Technology Project / Change Manager II - TS/SCI with Polygraph in Las Cruces, New Mexico
Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or task(s).
Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
Participates in special projects as required.
Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
5-8 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
Participate in Engineering and Architectural Review Boards to identify forthcoming changes to the environment. Received Requests for Change (RFCs). Verify that the RFC contains: System Design Document, Data Design Document, verification of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) update, System Security Plan, Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), TEMP Assessment Review (TAR), knowledge articles, training verification, and risk assessment. Submit RFC to the Government. Upon RFC approval, verify that that the change/release plan has been updated; coordinate and control change implementation; provide change monitoring, complete post-implementation reviews, and report post change implementation results. In addition, support preparation of operational readiness reports; review operational readiness acceptance documentation to verify all the requirements for delivery to operations have been fulfilled and that ramifications, cost, benefits and risks of the planned changes are included.
