The ideal candidate should provide dedicated, on-site support for Standards & Evaluations shop ensuring aircrew meets all compliances and qualifications. On-site contractor staff will develop specialized reports, dashboards, SOPs and other interactive materials/interfaces. Such support may also include administration of local systems or aircrew tracking software/systems. Patriot Excalibur (PEX) is USAF software used to automate processes such as scheduling, training, and standardization/evaluation in squadron sized units.
The Candidate shall:
Update data in PEX, future equivalent systems to PEX, and locally-developed computer database systems as required.
Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) or future equivalent systems to ARMS as required.
Coordinate with DOT to review and update student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per the applicable AFIs: AFI 11-202V2 and AFI 11-2RQ-170V2 as well as associated ACC/Installation supplements, and locally-developed guidance.
Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail, telephone or in person.
Generate the following reports/forms as required:
Evaluation and testing status and trend data reports.
Provide data to OGV for standardization evaluation board (SEB) month report.
AF Form 8, Qualification of Aircrew Qualification.
Perform testing administrator duties/function for the unit.
Conduct monthly reviews of those aircrews entering into the first month of evaluation eligibility period.
Interpret AFIs and provide guidance and to personnel assigned to
Stan/Eval shops to help track training and readiness status of squadron personnel.
Possess an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a MQ-1/9 or RQ-170 Squadron/Group/Wing or, seven and a half (7.5) years of experience in a DoD Flying Squadron/Group/Wing program.
Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with PEX or similar proprietary scheduling program.
