DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BS + 6 yrs related experience.
Must have - Secret Clearance
Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.
Software development and programming, specifically in the .NET language, in order to effectively and efficiently develop and maintain a financial web-based application. Apply software design principles, methods and approaches to assist with design, test, debug, and maintain software applications that meet technical and functional requirements.
Develop program logic and write program code utilizing Microsoft .NET framework, Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft Visual Studio and Business Objects. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle using high attention to detail.
Identify, track, control and document sound configuration management processes to ensure software and database components are current, secure and available. Exercise excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills within a team atmosphere.
Must Have Skills:
Object oriented, tiered software development process, VB.NET and .NET Framework
Visual Basic .NET Business Objects

MS Office type library
Adobe Acrobat Pro Type Library
Required certifications: CSWF IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, or equivalent)
