LVCG WARSIM Instructor/Controller

Our work depends on Computer Based Training Specialist / WARSIM Instructors joining our team to help build and enable the readiness of our Nation's Army in the Pacific!

HOW A LVCG WARSIM INSTRUCTOR/CONTROLLER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Operate, integrate, fielded constructive simulation models in support of exercises and training in classrooms and work cells, reconfigurable tactical operations centers (RTOCs), vehicle pads, and other related training locations.

• Maintain (update as required) the existing training support packages that integrate training products, materials, and other pertinent information necessary to train in the Live/Virtual/Constructive-Gaming (LVCG) environments

• Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness

• Updates course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance

• Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced instructors

• Participates in special projects as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: BS/BA

• Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience' military experience preferred

• Required Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of JLCCTC-MRF/ WARSIM functional operations

• Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance

• Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills / Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs / Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter

• Location: On Customer Site / moderate travel required to other customer sites

• US Citizenship Required
