Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager in Stuttgart, Germany .

This Associate Project Manager will plans, organize, and manage a small-scale project usually with 5 or fewer assigned personnel (or series of smaller projects/definable piece of a larger program) for successful performance consistent with contractual agreements. Responsible for coordinating and assisting government project sponsor in all aspects of the project life cycle. This includes but is not limited to: Project schedule creation/maintenance, project documentation, resource management, and project status updates to leadership. Acquires follow-on business associated with assigned projects and supports new business development by leading or assisting with proposals.


  • Evaluates implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws and recommends improvements.

  • Leads the execution effort for the contract.

  • Plans and organizes program/project activities and analysis and performs professional or technical work related to program management.

  • Plans, organizes, completes, and presents assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.

  • Provides routine project management support in terms of reporting and project deliverable tracking for a medium-size infrastructure, desktop, and customer support services contract.


  • Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Level Clearance

  • Must possess a CompTIA Security+ CE (or other IAW DoD 8570.1 Technical Level II certification or higher).

  • Must possess a current PMP Certification

  • ITIL Certification

  • Must meet TESA requirements – ONE of the following: > High School Diploma and 11 years of technical IT experience

Associate’s Degree and 7 years of technical IT experience

Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of technical IT experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Willingness to work flexible hours

  • Shift work may be required

  • On Call Status may be required

  • May be required to sign for equipment
