Senior Program Director – TS/SCI required

HOW A SENIOR PROGRAM DIRECTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Responsible for achieving and executing the program’s vision and strategy, and ensuring that all technical, financial, administrative, and contractual requirements are met on time and within budget.

  • Serves as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager.

  • Cultivate a strong and collaborative internal program leadership team, mentoring and empowering them in their area of technical and personnel oversight as well as promoting their achievements to the client.

  • Ensure that management processes and business systems facilitate meeting performance requirements.

  • Accountable for connecting the business and the technical needs of the program, driving execution, and innovation.

  • Recognize new business opportunities and capitalize on them.

  • Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes, coordinating the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education Bachelor's Degree in management, business, finance, economics, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, including 10 years of experience in IT business process engineering.

Preferred Skillset/Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customer’s senior management: and demonstrated strong analytical, organizational and problem solving abilities.

  • Experienced in organizing and leading development, contractual, financial, operations, and other cross functional areas to provide total Program life-cycle management.

  • Experience in designing, testing, deploying, and maintain large networks and systems with a global footprint as well as in-depth knowledge of IC ITE services.

  • Experience with software development, systems engineering, business process engineering, customer relationship management, project management, financial management, change management, risk management and IT service management.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and shift with changing priorities and projects

Clearance Level: TS/SCI

Required Certification(s): Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Additional : Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph for certain positions as determined by the contract

The likely salary range for this position is $202,472 - $273,931. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
