General Dynamics Information Technology Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia
Analyze and report data to ensure the workforce is performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards. Responsible for assisting in the designing, planning, implementing and administering of Workforce management databases, including security, access, and documentation.
Participates in the design, maintenance, enhancement, coding, and administration of workforce databases.
Analyzes and determines information needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, data flow and storage requirements, and data output and reporting capabilities for workforce systems.
Coordinates new data development ensuring consistency and integration with existing data structure for workforce management activities.
Reviews business requests for workforce management data and usage, researches data sources for new and better data feeds.
Participates in continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality, including performing proactive maintenance such as ensuring continued availability, monitoring activity, and documenting problems, changes, and solutions.
Tests designed workforce management applications.
Conceptualize, design, develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures for productivity and performance improvements against the client’s key performance indicators.
Forecast, identify trends and communicate resolution of issues to management.
Perform risk assessments and utilize both mitigation strategies and analysis techniques to predict service levels.
Produce reports and schedules according to deadlines.
Maintain the Workforce Management Systems with daily exceptions.
Develop strong working relationships with other groups within the organization to ensure efficient and effective problem solving and issue resolution.
Develop, maintain and deliver training sessions to support business needs.
Assignments may include design of Workforce management data dictionaries, database structure and layout, installing, upgrading, and managing workforce management database applications.
Stay current on vendors' best security practices in relation to organizational requirements.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required.
Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
2-5 years of related database analysis and/or administration experience.
Minimum of 2 years working in workforce management
Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures used in systems analysis and design.
Proficiency in the use of Amazon Connect or other WFM tool preferred
