Job Description:

GDIT is searching for a Senior Intelligence Architect to support our customer in Wiesbaden, Germany. The Architect Interacts with system users to translate their requirements into a systems architect defining the systems required, data flows, integration requirements, and identifies any gaps/challenges that need to be overcome to improve interoperability and support the mission. The Architect will develop test strategies and work with leadership, intelligence analysts, and system owners and operators to improve the theater architect and ensure products and data flow efficiently throughout the theater to support the mission.

The Architect is expected to provide guidance to less experienced personnel (teammates and system users) and exercise independent judgement while working with limited supervision/direction.

The ideal candidate has experience with various Army Programs of Record to include, but not limited to, DCGS-A, Palantir, CPCE, AFATDS, and JADOCS. The ideal candidate is a former/prior Service Intelligence Analyst, familiar with Multi-Domain Operations, Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield, Large Scale Combat Operations Army Doctrine, Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), or Mission Training Centers.

HOW A SR. INTELLIGENCE ARCHITECT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Routinely prepares highly complex flow charts, models, diagrams, and procedures.

  • Conducts feasibility studies to analyze alternatives and design possible system solutions.

  • Researches emerging technologies and DoD programs to recommend/plan changes to the theater intelligence architecture.

  • Advises customers and teammates on system employment, integration, architecture design, and data management.

  • Assists with integration of systems, technology, data flow, and architecture across various organizations.

  • Manages several concurrent projects relevant to enterprise intelligence architecture and intelligence systems.

  • Manages large projects addressing complex and difficult problems, which will have a medium to large impact on the organization.

  • Maintains Coalition and NATO interoperability architecture.

  • Identify theater requirements through expertise and collaboration with stakeholders to develop technical documentation that will guide system users and developers.

  • Recognized subject matter expert for integration of intelligence systems and intelligence architectures through advanced education and work experience.

  • Establishes and advises on operational plans, exercise designs, and contributes to systems planning.

  • Presents briefs to stakeholders on architecture design, courses of action, project updates, current gaps, and planned remediations. Provides recommendations, as needed.

  • Leads architecture working groups to inform the enterprise on initiatives, and planned changes to the theater intelligence architecture and solicit feedback on current gaps and issues across the enterprise.

  • Independently performs advanced analysis and systems integration while providing guidance to less experienced personnel.

  • Serve as a team or task leader prioritizing tasks, reviewing deliverables, and coaching less experienced teammates.

  • Perform work critical to the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Security Clearance Required: An active TS/SCI Security Clearance

  • Experience: Experience designing Intelligence Architecture; Experience with enterprise architecture design, support, and integration to support theater operations and missions; Experience with SysML, DoDAF, and UML

  • Experience supporting NATO/Coalition Environments; DCGS-A (or equivalent all-source intelligence system) experience is required.

  • Education: DISMG Graduate preferred.BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience

  • Certification: Candidates must have a valid DoD 8570.2/8140 IAT II certification

The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
